SPECIFICATIONS:

Structural characteristics:

  • High-strength PE or bullet-proof fiber prepregs and other ballistic-resistant composite materials are used to form a hard bullet-proof helmet by using a mold with high temperature and high pressure.
  • The inside and surface of the helmet should be smooth and free of edges and corners, and there should be no voids, blistering, cracks, lamination marks, dry protrusions, etc. The edge of the helmet should be flat and the thickness should be even, and no fibers should be exposed

Ballistic resistance (ballistic resistance test):

  • Meets MIL-STD-662F standards. 22FSP, 17gr, V50 value is more than 2300 feet / second (inclusive).
  • Must comply with the National Judicial Commission (NIJ) September 1985 “ballistic protective material bulletproof performance standard 0108.01” NIJ-J- STD-0108.01 class IIIA (see table).
